Rest is so important! I have to admit, I've gotten more rest the last week or so than I have in a long time. Friday, this guy wanted to rest with me. So sweet! My husband is constantly after me to get more rest. I think I function best with 7 hours. How much rest are you getting at night? Do you have trouble sleeping? Try a few drops of magnesium oil on your feet, a bed time tea, exercise before bed, or some melatonin, and turn off your electronics!
